I asked a friend about an eye doctor, and they recommended Dr. Rosales. My first visited confirmed that this is a special environment. The staff and Dr. Rosales explained everything calmly and clearly. In all my medical dealings, this was one of the best experiences. All doctors could learn from Dr. Rosales: he doesn't rush, he clearly explains every part of the process, he gives choices and doesn't pressure a specific decision. Most of all, he actually listens, and seems a genuinely happy and friendly person. Highest recommendation.

My first visit to Vivid eye care absolutely amazing! Everyone is so nice and wonderful to be around. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of calling ( and I can only go on a Thursday). Dr. Prajkta Ingle was so knowledgable and helpful with my concerns. I did not feel like I was being rushed out and the door. While they had a great selection of glass I did not need any this visit, but they did not push me to buy any either! I would recommend them to anyone!

I ended up here mostly because every other office I called was booked for weeks and I needed to be seen ASAP since my glasses broke. They were able to get me in same day. I’ve been coming here for two years now and have even brought my family and they always take great care of us.

The Doctor here is great. Thorough exam, took his time to explain everything he was doing, made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. Also, this may be a small point but he printed off my prescription and handed it to me personally. It may seem like a small gesture but I appreciated it.

We loved our service! Everyone was very professional and very nice. My mom and I are both very happy with our glasses! Nicole went above and beyond to give us the best care! Also my DR Jessica was very awesome and very informative!! Highly recommend anyone needing eye care to go to vivid!
